Return and Exchange policy

Please note that any return or exchange request is subject to approval by HNR Skin Of Dreams. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if we determine that the product has been mishandled.

If you wish to initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order details and a picture of the damaged or defective product.
2. Our customer service team will evaluate your request and respond with instructions on how to proceed.
3. Once your return or exchange request has been approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
4. Ship the product back to us in its original packaging, with all accessories and manuals included.
5. After we receive the product and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.

Please note that the refund will be issued in the original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected on your account.
